My phone was shut off !!
I woke up this morning to have my service suspended. So I call Sprint, and they see a $41 amount of "unknown charges". She sees my data usage, but she says that that was not billable ( I have the old Vision plan from years ago ). No extra text messages, no over minutes. She could not tell me what the extra charges were!!!
Update: I called again, this time ( gotta love the consistency ) they said it WAS the data charges. She said it was the person that renewed my contract 'forgot to add in the vision plan', so basically I had no data plan at all. She added my old vision data plan back in.
I somehow don't think this is the end of this story.
Any body else have this happen?
