ActiveSync & Exchange ??

Anyone one else experience this ? While connected to the Wifi I cannot use ActiveSync to sync my exchange box but when I use sprint wireless (evdo/1x) it works like a charm. This does not make any sense to me at all. I can surf/stream --everything while connected via Wifi so I know my connection is good just not sync. Can someone shed some sense... Thanks

I take it the WiFi you're talking about is your own home wifi connection? If so, you need a router at home that supports loopback. Search this forum for loopback and you'll find another thread on this subject.

I am using my home WiFi and not inside my corporate firewall/router when trying to use activesync when having this problem. Regardless both my devices at work and home support loopback.

You have failed to mention where your exchange box is located... work or home?

Can you ping your exchange box's IP address from either connection?

Does it work if you try a different wifi access point?

What is your exchange setup? What version? Is there a front-end and a back-end server or just a single server?
