DOOOHHH! Anyone dealt with this nightmare yet? I have no idea what to do as Sprint doesn't even sell the ones that come with the phone.

If you've found a good one for this phone I could really your suggestions.

OK - SPRINT was fantastic today! I only spoke to 2 people both very helpful and they are sending me a replacement phone since they can't just send the case. I can't believe how easy they made it for me. I'm very pleased with the service I got today - it is wiping the slate clean after the nightmare of ordering this phone.
