Free push mail (30-day trail)

Anyone try Intellisync's Email Express? Can be used to push Internet mail (pop3). No way would I pay the $300/year they charge, but they do offer a free 30-day trial. Click on the 'Try Express' link to sign up.

Sprint's Business Connect is only 5.00/month and well worth it.

Yes, but you need to keep a PC running (on the Personal Edition) in order for it to work. Also, I don't think SBC can directly push Internet mail.

The current version doesn't support WM5. They say they are working on a version that does. I haven't been able to find out when it will be available.

I just installed it. No issues with the install. Now I need to figure out how it is supposed to work before I can say that it is or isn't.

Please keep us posted. I am actually a subscriber, but have been too chicken to try it. If it works, I will install it on mine.

Thanks,

From what I could tell, EmailExpress works as advertised. Installed without a glitch on my 6700 and pushed (or did it sync?) several test msgs that I sent to my Yahoo acct. To be honest, this solution is too complicated (esp the web account interface) for my limited email needs. I can get by with the native Outlook client and a manual send/receive.

Thanks for this info. I will go a head and install it.

If all you want is POP, then yes, it is overkill. It works best with an exchange server to wirelessly sync everything in outlook.
