HaaHa! same guy I spoke to this morning... they have excellent feedback and thats all that matters.
for me this offer doesnt work at all, because he claims you can roll the new 2 year contract into your current contract after 2 months, but sprint says thats bull (sprint customer service anywho) i'd rather pay $200 more and know i'm not going to be on the hook for another $40/month for the next 2 years
Ebay feedback is excellent however, the gentleman stated I cannot order any plan with this phone and I need Donald Trump type credit. The minimum plan he said he can give is $59.00. Approxiamately 6 hours later I managed to order the phone with a minimal voice plan and credit check literally took seconds and I did not have to send sprint all of my information as If were leasing a new beamer like the ebay seller required.

Update on $349 ebay guys. They just called me and said the phone had been released for personal orders. They are telling me that my unit is going out before COB today. They did ask for 2 forms of Id via fax.
I was also told that I had "super-vision" or something to that effect for $15/mo with first month free. If EVDO really ends up being $15 a month I will be thrilled.

So i'm not sure I understand (sorry). You buy the hardward from this guy, how do you get service startedon the phone--he does that too? How do you get information on the service plans he is selling? He has so far not repsonded to all my questions.

He called me 30 mints ago... yes; he sets the service for you, that’s how he makes his money.
I would buy from him with out any worries, he has great feedback I looked at it, he sells nothing but sprint phones, and he sold a bunch of 6600, so no worries.
Just use ur credit card and you will be safe but If you would rather pay $500 by all means be my guest,

okay, i just got done speaking with this ebay seller. but first let me tell you this........for those whom don't ebay and don't know, positive feeback is the most useful tool a seller has. this guy has 263 feedback responses with 99.6% happy customers. can't beat that! (okay, 100% beats that, but..) i wanted a nice pda phone to browse ebay because that's all i do. this guy has remarkable feedback. i have two 6700 phones coming my way. one from sprint (will it ever arrive?) that i got yesterday with no record of the transaction today, and the other from this guy. for buyers wanting to purchase from him, don't just click buy it now. call the guy. he'll speak with you about how to purchase it. i've called him from 12:00 noon to 7 pm mountain time and he always answers. i called back to check up on my purchase and he told me that since i bought before 4 pm eastern, that my 6700 is shipping tonight and i'll be browsing the net, and ebay, by tomorrow night!!! please, don't waste time with sprint. they have their head up their a**. and by tomorrow i hope to have some proof of this purchase. oh, boy!!!!!!!!! tell him mr. gates referred you to him!
Yes, he's legit and yes its the ppc 6700 that was just barely released. I bought 2. Totally sweet. I did have to get a 2 year contract and verify my id, but yea its legit.
