I read on mwmobiles.com that the OS release date is no LATER than 1 OCT, which would imply that our sexy 6700 won't be until then as well. This was posted during a recent arcticle on the Universal. Because the reputation of msmobiles.com is rather solid, I'd tend to believe that not a single one of us Joe Consumers will see it any earlier...not to say that they won't pre-sell it...we just won't SEE it.
The review claims the camera is a 2 megapixel rather than the 1.3 that has been talked about. This would rock my socks off!! That is, if it were a good quality camera. The ipaq 6515 has been reported to take very bad quality photos.

No it doesnt, it says largest capture is 2 megabytes

sexy?? They need to spruce it up some, it looks very plain jane in silver and the black/silver combo is butt ugly, but maybe it has a nice personality?
They say no phones can be released before the OS but the wizard is due out 9/5 so we'll have to wait and see what these rascals are up to...
I agree. The silver is indeed the lesser of the evil. But then again, that antenna will be forever staring at and mocking me. I guess they're giving homage to the original XDA design. Cure you HTC and your antennas. We don't need no stinkin antenna!

It must have been a misprint, I wasn't basing my assumption on that though. If you look at what he lists as the max resolution (1600x1280) that is a 2 megapixel resolution. 1600 multiplied by 1280 is 2,048,000 or 2.048 mp or 2.048e6 or 2.048x10^6.

Sprint already has daily and monthly wifi plans, both in the US and internationally so adding wifi to a pda/phone that is going to primarily be used for business makes sense. - sheureka

Right, and if you read one of my earlier posts it says they took a sweet phone like the wizard 200 version (which you posted pics of) and turned it into this piece of crap, cheap, plastic, sack of... well you get the idea...

Agreed. Black is workable as is all silver. The hybrid is the ugly step child of the bunch though. The pessimist in me quietly assures that Verizon will of course have that one for retail with a man purse to boot.
