Hi! I'm new and I couldn't figure out the appropriate place for this post. So...hopefully somebody finds it and can help me!

I have a Verizon VX6700 that is fully flashed to Cricket.
Tuesday night, I did a hard reset. That night it was saying I had no network (couldn't make calls, texts, etc) Wednesday morning, afternoon, and evening it began working beautifully again. Then last night it said I had no network and n network all day today. I've tried doing the whole taking the battery out, etc...
I was told to reprogram the phone, but my phone won't let me get to the "phone feature" where I can dial the 228 number.

Does a flashed phone need to be reflashed after a hard reset?

Is this normal or did I really just screw my phone up?

You should not have to reflash after the hard reset. Sometimes I've reactivated after the hard reset, but usually not. If you can't reach the phone application after the hard reset sounds like a bad flash - not enough memory available. Assuming you are using the PPCGEEKs kitchen I suggest removing a few items from your ROM to free up memory and reflash it.
