alright im having this problem with my ppc 6700 as to where i have got an update for my pda from my carrier telus in whihci once i try'd to update i got this error code:
ERROR 101: CONNECTION ERROR

once i got this error code my pda screen is blank and has in black letters serial and at the bottom says v2.02

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLZ

just re start the update process. make sure you are using an winxp box and not vista. also search the forum for this as it has been posted several times already...

thanks so much i called my provider and they said i bricked my phone and wanted me to pay another 125 to replace it

you can restart the update. search the forum on how to do that... you did not mess up the phone...
