Is it normal that my XV6700 freezes from time to time?
It would be better if it didn't but I'm just wondering if the occasional freeze is common among other users as well.

no this is not normal. has it always happened ever sice day one of you having it?

is it a refurb?

did you get it from 3RD party...?
