Reset now says "the file 'boot' cannot be opened ..."

Recently, my XV6700 with WM5 started displaying a message after reset that starts with "the file 'boot' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file.".

What's odd is that I don't see any obvious issues this presents. The reset completes apparently successfully, and the phone appears to work fine.

Is it possible there's a file signed with a cert that expired on 12/31/08?
