I just got a new laptop which has the Vista Home Premium 64-bit OS on it. I previously had wmodem installed on an XP without a hitch, but can't get it to install on the Vista64 platform. Have any of you succesfully installed wmodem on the HTC Apache (PPC-6700 or XV6700) yet?

I tried loading the 64 bit drivers I found on the XDA forum:

...but I couldn't get the computer to do the auto install by hooking up the PDA with the USB cable:

If anyone was successfull, please post some instructions.
