I would like to know if there is any way to change which LEDs on the phone flash for various messages. Notifications and the "I'm connected" flash both blink the same LED at the same rate using two different colors that I can't really tell apart with a short flash. So for me there is no way to check the phone to see if I have anything to tend to short of turning in on.

I basically never use the WiFi or Bluetooth so it would be nice to be able to flash either the blue or yellow LED on the left side of the phone when I have a notification waiting. Does anybody know of any software out there that would let me do that?

The "phone on" flash is green and the "notification" flash is orange -- I can tell them apart quite easily. Is it possible you are colorblind?

Anyway, sorry but I don't know if it's possible to flash the others. I would imagine so, since it is software controllable.

I am indeed red/green colorblind. Bi-color LEDs (green/amber) are pretty worthless for me. The LED on the right side of the phone is a tri-color LED (green/amber/red) but it only uses the red to indicate that you have about 5 minutes of battery left. I can tell them apart if they are on solid and I stare at it for a bit but the little flash isn't enough.
