Have you considered getting a new battery or a more large of one? There isnt a way to disable the low batt alerts but you can look here for a lot of tweaks to see if any can help you.

Here is a tweak that tells you where that notification comes from. Im not telling you to but maybe you can delete that key and it will stop the notification from coming up. But IF you wanna do that I would suggest you back up all of your registry.

Customize 'Low Battery' alerts

Browse to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877 D663-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\
Create a String value named "Default" and set its value to "Low battery warning".
Now go to Start > Settings > Personal tab > Sounds & Notifications applet > Notifications tab, select "Low battery warning" in the "Select an event" drop-down list and you can customize it.
Change Display Name order in Contacts

Well, thanks, this is very important also for me!
But it doesn't matter if you've got a huge battery capacity, because in the end it will nag you with multiple (stupid) notifications until you recharge it!
