Hey everyone,

This is my first post. I just got a used XV6700 from my brother and everything works great except my Pictures & Videos program. Everytime I try to launch it it freezes. The only third party software I have installed is BCM (Business Contact Manager) and I know it is culprit because Pictures & Videos works fine when I uninstall it. The problem is, I need to have BCM on my phone for work.

Do any of you know to fix this? I really want to be able to add photos to my contacts, but from what I understand, Pictures & Videos must work for me to be able to do that.

There there is PocketCM, there PhotoContacts, there is Pocket Informant (I think), Have you backed up your contacts, hard reset the phone and reinstalled the app and then brought back over your contacts?
