How do you restore all programs, etc.?

The screen on my Verizon 6600 cracked so I just replaced it with the same one. When I moved my SD card over and tried to restore it through the standard backup, it errored in the middle. After the error, I tried to go back to the backup program and everything in the programs area was gone except the games folder.

How do I restore all of the programs so I can try to restore again?

Thanks

You can do a hard reset to get it back to factory settings.

after some hard resets and crappy restores like you mention i purchased sprite backup. with a good restore program you can create executable backups that you can just click on to restore your phone. spb also makes a restore program that i read was pretty good and cheaper than the sprtie backup software.

I like SPB Backup. I run it nightly and it's been a lifesaver more than once.

The only downside to SPB and sprite... your SD card can go bad on you... and the backup files won't fit in the safe store <_<
