You can set up bluetooth activesync. Once you are connected, you should be able to browse the web using your cable's internet.

2. On the desktop, right click the activesync icon in the system tray, select "Connection Settings", check the first checkbox "Allow serial connections..." and select the same COM port from the dropdown

3. On the pocket PC, go to bluetooth manager, select New, select Activesynch, and follow the instructions to pair and connect.

Let's say your port is COM5... what you want to do is as follows:
1. On the PC get ready to detect the connection but don't go.
2. On the PPC get ready to do "Connect" on the activesynch/bt connection.
3. On the PC start, watch which COM port it is scanning.. and when it's just got to the right com port:
4. Hit connect on the ppc
