Ive had this phone for a while now just using it as a phone and gettin on the net and AIM..

Is it possable to get my AOL e-mail on here with out doing the download thing and haveing em placed in the message part?

Also when connected to the "net" its says PC connection (is that bad?)

Also can some one show me a car charger I can buy for this thing..

Any help would be great .. Just tryin to use the phone and have fun..

and when connected ACTIVEsync// it said INBOX attention required.. any clue why?

let me know if there is anything I should do with the stock phone..

I must say some good usefull info, but that only solved the charger issue..

I still have the issue with my connection (sayin PC connection) and its also saying 777 and (null). Plus the active sync connection error..

As far as my problem with the vision connection goes I should have said more.. when i connect It says PC connect (which i have figured thats when i am connected to the PC .hence the name.), off the cradle it either says 777 or (null). Reason I am askin this is CUZ sprint is chargin me an arm and a leg for connectin cuz they keep tellin me I am using my phone as a modem.. Which im not (never near a wirless pc with the 6600).. How should I be connecting to VISION with out gettin charged extra on top of the 15 a month i pay (which they screwed me from my original 9.99 plan)..

Can I get my AOL e-mail on my phone and be able to reply. With out having to D/L it into my message folder which can oNly be veiwed and not replied to. and with out goin to AOL.com (never loads)..

This sentence is hard to understand but: Usually when you see PC connection it means that you are connected through activesync somehow. So its a normal message if connected to your PC through activesync.

Usually when activesync gives you an attention required message it means it was unable to sync an item. Hit the sync button in the toolbar of activesync and see if it resolves. The information you gave is vague so I really don't know how to answer it.

Think out your questions and give specifics. This will give you the best chance to get good answers.

I have a new Q which I don't know how to search for as its prob to much to search..

When using ppc to listen to music (mp3's) why does device need to be on while listenin. Music shuts off when i hit the off button on top.. Kinda bites cuz when workin it kills the battery (due to the screen being on full time) and when movin around while in the case things on screen can get clicked etc../ any way of making it so music will keep playin but the screen be off?

as far as ehud goes.. His response to me was RUDE and def not called for.. thats my only prob.. ive read a lot of the info of his in other post..excellent (most of it at least)..

Do a search for screenlock. Its a free program. You can find it on pocketgear. Its pretty much what everyone uses to lock these phones. You'll see why when you do a search. I am one of the more patient ones on this forum but you are starting to ask questions that are easily found. My answering your questions is not a free pass to just start blasting away. Please take the time to search in here as that question has been covered before.

I am not here to tell you how to run your life but if people are rude to you, being rude back doesn't solve anything. Also I don't see Ehud's post on here so I cannot comment on what he said. I do see you and your cursing and all I can do is ask you to stop doing it as it is part of the rules of this forum.

What are you syncing to with activesync? Is it Outlook? What does Outlook check? Pop3? Exchange? Again, as much information as you can give, and you will probably get a better answer faster.
