Angry cracked LCD: audiovox or pocketpctech?

i somehow put a small crack in the lcd on my phone. should i send it to audiovox or pocketpctech for repair? i know pocketpctech is pretty well rated around here but would the manufacturer be better in case it needs anything else? thanks in advance.
(thank god the crack is small, so i can still use my phone.)

How long have you had the phone? Which carrier?

Did you get insurance on it?

i had such good luck with my tmobile ppc that i didn't bother. i had an old link for insurance from some aftermarket placce that i planned to get but found out the link was no longer valid. seems like no 3rd parties offer phone insurance in the usa. (found plenty for europe). i even tried state farm after reading about them here but they didn't offer it in nj.

I just had the same problem. It was in and out of PocketPCTech in five days. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I called Audiovox, and they said it would take two to three weeks.

Insurance

crash...

If you have Verizon they sell insurance for our phones.

Asurion Ins. Co. provides the service, a third party provides the actual insurance.

They might not cover an old phone though.

I just cracked my screen and am waiting for them to send me a new phone.
