Yeah I helped him get it off the phone. Backing up my phone and SD card as I write this. Will flash and let you know if it works. My only concern is I'm using a 1GB SD card with a 128MB image.
I'm having problems loading it too, i moved it to my 1 gig sd card and put my 6600 in bootloader mode but nothing from there.

I need my phone this evening so I won't be able to try it until later tonight or tomorrow morning. I'll definitely post after I've given it a shot and now that I have everything backed up as of today.
What is supposed to be ROM 2.04's claim to fame? I just updated to 2.03.00WWE.
Has anyone updated their's to 2.04? Any problems?

Well, the lovely problems with the site wiped out my post, so I'll quickly restate it. Either the ROM rip is bad (likely) or Harrier has added protections by the CDMA team over the header (doesn't help that the 420 byte rips of both ROMs vary... one doesn't have all 00's, but instead 00's then FF's following the header).
Ntrw and RomUpdate are very unreliable, so, I'm leaning towards a bad rip.
Edit: Actually, the more I read the site, the person who loaded the ROM did copy it back to the device, which indicates that HTC probably did add more copy protection. I doubt it will matter though, i-Mate is good at releasing new ROMs and then we'll have an NBF which can be modified and forced onto the device.
Damn, I was hoping for the best... My issue is I like to be on the edge and when things slow down I was hoping for some sorta beta rom upgrade to help me from making the hop over to the Sammy i730....
The first, and utmost thing for most people, that I noticed is that this ROM has BT 3500 but with BtCeStack.dll v1.0.0.3601!! This is the BT stack file that is XIP and that people have as of yet been unable to rip from a ROM to use with 2.03 WWE. This is the dll that is actually intended to run on our Sprint Harrier devices. I was *VERY* pleased to see the return of this file.
I've also noticed that (so far) all of the title bar pop up bubbles appear and disappear properly (they didn't draw correctly or lingered occasionally with 2.03). So far, I haven't seen the title bar second level conflict when multiple alerts are available either. Very, very nice.
Not sure if these changed, but Windows Mobile build version is now 14235.2.0.0 and Windows Media Player 10 Mobile build version is 14235.
Does this rom update include the MMS and Camera software or is it for WOC versions? I too am interested in "trying" this rom out on Verizon with my xv6600 cam version....
