Right and Sprint never gave one to me.... So what's your point? Do I need to call sprint and do you honestly believe they will provide that to me? So I'm left without being able to open that menu and your reply served no purpose. If you're going to take the time to respond, why not at least make it constructive?
Ehud is correct, sprint will give it to you. If the person does not hang up and try again. And if you still have a problem tell them you hard reset your phone and need to reactivate it. They will tell you the code and walk you through it.

I concede... I just got off the phone with Sprint and they provided me with the unlock code. Thanks for the input both of you!
It's an individualized one based on the device for sprint. I wrote mine down when they had me activate mine. You can try calling them and asking what your MSL is. They may or may not tell you.

I have the PPC-6600. This code: #4357 Phone Info.....does not work for me. Each time i try it, it actaully tries to make a call. I have also tried: ##4357 and #4357# and ##4357#
Has anyone been able to access this yet? If so, any suggestions.
Thanks.

There is an app in the windows directory called PonHelp.exe. It's hidden so you will need a file browser like Total Commander to see it, but, it is what #4357Talk is launching.
If you browse your handheld from the desktop, you can also see the file; drag it out to your computer, use "attrib -s -h -r" to unflag it SHR, and return it to the device (I returned my copy to \program files, just in case), and then File Explorer on the device can see it.

Thank you that worked...I then went into properties of the file and unchecked hidden.

I have a verizon xv6600 and for some reason the phone wont get service. I checked ##DEBUG, and it shows that the phone is locked into CDMA PCS. It's locking into 1900 Mhz when it should be on the CDMA 800 FREq. how do i make it go back to CDMA 800?
Turns out that the PRL I had written for the handset was for standard roaming. Did some reading up on PRL enhancements and EVDO. I had to reconvert the PRL to EVDO specs so that the handset could recognize the PRL
Nobody provides flasher for prl. Your carrier (your service provider) provides MSL which is the unlock code and configures PRL over the air (using the CDMA network).
If you can get service, you can get the phone configured. If you cannot get service you cannot get the phone configured. Contact the carrier you purchased the phone from to get the unlock code (MSL).
I hope that was clear enough... if not, let me know what parts aren't clear and I will restate using other words.
