Does anyone tries the load PRL function?
Is it possible to sync a PRL file from PC to 6600, and then load this PRL file?
And does anyone tries to edit this PRL file by QPST or something like that?
Im a little behind with this phone so sorry if this is old (i do always search first). All these screens can also be accessed by runing there app from the windows directoy.
The app names are
FieldTrial.exe
Pst.exe
PonHelp.exe
it makes it easier to set shortcuts to those apps.
Nice to see you are still round. old time i700 user here, phonelock, speedsteper, hoping maybe you have this awesome phone and can do some tweaking. ringer volume and a few others!!!!
Yeah, just got it. Working on getting my apps converted now. Most of the changes are minor. The ringer volume definitly needs some work, hopefully its fixable.
Keep me in mind if you need a tester, be more than willing. interesting thought on that volume, been using motorola 820 headset with voice command. tried the stereo(WIRED) head phones with media player and there was way more volume than our i700 ever thoght about having.
voice command through bluetooth headset woud probably make you a wealthy man.
Good to hear you're working on the programs from the i700 Dave. One quick note that I saw. My xv6600 would lock up on incoming calls with the phonelock the way it is now. I would have to soft reset to get it back. I hope it converts over well, it was the best software I put on the i700.
I can just see it now though......a 50 page sticky with people asking SuperDave to try and fix the thing that should be working already.

Just curious, after enter the ##786 or ##778, the phone ask for a unlock code. any idea on this code?
Okay, I used these codes when I was with Sprint. They were great, but now I'm with Cingular GSM. Can someone point me to a place where I can find similar test-programming codes for GSM? My thread in the SX66 forum produced no responses whatsoever.
