Once I download these ring tones do I save them in a particular file? And once saved, will my I700 recognize the zip file to be able to play these ringtones.

Thanks

Is it just me or is there a problem with this area of the site?
I can't find any of the threads... and I'm not a newbie.
the only one that I can get to is the link to the most recent post.
I'm looking for a link that I know was here; and i know I posted here a few times.

At the bottom of the page there is a "Display Options". You have to pick "From the beginning" as one of the options. It defaults to show only posts from the last day and I suppose this is not a very active part of the forum.

Download to your computer.
Copy them to your PDAPhone using ActiveSync. Put them in Windows/rings (might be a different folder name if you are using a different ROM).
Tadaaaa.

Where is this display change at the bottom of the page? I lost my ringtones when I went on vacation (don't leave your phone with someone else!). Anyway the Star Trek communicator ring was actually loud enough to hear compared to the factory so called ringtones on my I700. Let me know if I can still get that free download to reinstall on my phone. If not what site is best for ringtones that are actually audible? Thanks DiazBrito

OK...a friend of mine was using this website that you can search for songs and then choose where to start and end in the song and then send the song to your phone. Does anyone know what the URL is for the website...cause I can't remember
