I don't think they offered an updated user guide and to be honest the PPCPE2002 user guide was pretty much crapola and lacking. You will find what you need here give the search a try. If you still don't find it ask any user we can help.

Thumbs down Window 2003 Mobile Update

This update, though apparently seamless at first, has ultimately caused me more inconvenience than it has been worth. Most noticeable is the dramatic processor slowdown. My device runs as if it's running out of RAM: slow to start up, very slow to change screens, slow to refresh the screen, and stalling for several seconds mid-command - it's like trying to watch a web page load at 28.8k (and it was like this even before I tried reinstalling the manufacturer's additional software, much less second party stuff.)

Further more, I miss my Voice Signal, application. Among the various apps that no longer function correctly, Voice Signal (the voice recognition soft that ships with the phone) no longer operates. Installs fine, but freezes up immediately after the first command, requiring a "soft-restart" to get the device back up.

The most crucial apps (Outlook stuff, phone functions, IE and Active sync.) are functioning accurately and adequately, but seeing as nothing was wrong with the device in the first place, I now believe that the upgrade, for me, was a mistake.
