I have Imate PDA2k; Main server is MSB2000 with exchange; and our IT support guy has been trying for 2 months to get this to sync / work with exchange. I am now informed that "found out why I could not get activesync to work. We have mobile information server 2002, and it would appear that this does not work with exchange 2000. (http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;329364) I am now trying to source a copy of mobile information server 2001, as this does work.

Please bear with me, if you remember, the mobile device was originally specified for popping your mail directly from the ISP (which we ot working), and not syncing with your exchange server. I am doing my best, and will keep you updated"
