Marc, i'm a couple months older than you. I agree that age is what you make of it.
I met someone the other day who was born on the same day as me. He definitely looks older. In any case, I'll always be young at heart regardless of age.
I'm a computer consultant specializing in desktop/network systems and operations. I too have a business similiar to Dragon that also includes home and small business networking that I do on the side.
Totally into gadgets and other neat-o things.
My first cell phone was a sprint spectrum model back in 97.
Since Sprint has switched to PCS, I've had the Samsung 3500 for a while before ending up with the I300. Those Best Buy sales were to good to pass up and this is my first Palm device.
I'm into video games as well.
Well, I'm 25 year old. I work for the University of Miami Translant Center.
I love Techie Stuff, and I also have Gadget-ities,....(did I said tities??:p )
I have in My House and my Pathfinder Truck full of gadgets, I have this cool Radio Transmitted car alarm, and has this little screen with a car, and shows you if something is left on, or open, or alerts you when the car Has a problem, and beeps you if someone is trying to break into it. And I WoW people around when I turn it from the remote. I joke around that I can see from the Remote and drive around from it, kind of like a 007 flick.
anyway....of topic....you see?, I started showing the symptoms of the disease:p

Just turned 21 a few weeks ago in March. I'm a student at the University of Kansas (don't ask what my major is - I don't know myself). Anyway, I'm trying to pay my own way through college, but I gotta treat myself to some nice things every once in a while. I figure this phone will keep me occupied while I'm languishing in class too
I'm 29 going on 30, but the gem in my hand isn't blinking just yet, so here's the list of what I do for a living:
1. Part owner and on board of directors of a Marketing company serving Intellectual Property customers (mostly books & software clientele). http://www.acmemarketing.com
2. IT | Business Development for the nation's largest organic food concern. http://www.edenfoods.com
I met him once when I was at EMU but I didn't know him personally. A great scholar, he was Dean of Academic Services although I only know that from his business card at the time, I have no idea what that really meant.
What I did know is that he knew a *lot* about Ypsi history and Michigan's past, how the area was once a major hub for slaves who had escaped the South and could settle in the area. He talked at length to a friend of mine's classes yearly (she was a teacher) on this kind of thing. You must be very proud of him.
Glad you caught the scenic part. You should check the info on Ypsi I put in my website for the condos. I refer to the lesser communities in the area as well.
Razor those kind words bring tears to my eyes. Thank you so much. He passed away a year ago. No condolences or anything needed. I'll check out the link. Thanks again.

Sorry to get off topic all!
The Lovers of I300. A thanks to all of you for creating and giving inputs to such a wonderful site. I didn't meet so many people with common interest at a single place. My user name is described in my signature which should show how much i like my I300.
I am a software applications engineer at a semiconductor company in fremont, CA.
Age 24, single, love music and movies, and originally from India. That sums up me.
Hope to give my inputs to the site along with the suggestions from you all.
Since my husband is actually the one with the I300, I'll give you his info:
Scott is 34, and commercial superintendent for an electrical contractor.
I have a 6035, I am 33, and I am the office manager for a general contractor.
I don't know why Scott has his I300, but I know he LOVES to show it off. I won my 6035 in a raffle at Christmas time, and have come to cherish it. All of my friends think that I am a complete geek because of my (obsession?) with the '35.
Obviously, I am the one who does all the research, then once I have tried something out on my phone, I download stuff onto his phone. I'm still trying to get him to use the voice dial, so that I can break him into voice command.
Thanks to all for your posts. I thoroughly enjoy both boards. I feel like I already know a lot of you.
If I thought my husband would let me go, I'd be there in a minute. Unfortunately, I think a lot of you guys are in the midwest(?), and I am way out in the wild, wild west.
...and some are from the wild, wild east...lol. I've done that with a chatroom I used to moderate & it's fun to put faces with nicks but you need to count on a fraction of the ppl who say they're coming actually showing up
Hey people... I think i might be the youngest.. I could have checked the first one.. but then i turned 19 on the 4th...
I used to work for Cingular.. then i went to Sprint... and now I am unemployed.. I think im going to go to shcool.. I know i sure need it.. ALthough i do have an interview tomorrow and well Hope it goes well...
Me in a nutshell...
I like to hang with my Gurl.. and um my friends.. and i like to play baseball.. and go scuba diving... after that I like to sing.. dance and make people laugh.. Hopefully I will be an actor one day... I know i can dream right... But if I dont become an actor or singer or comedian... then I will be a big azz Bum.. sittin on the road with my 300 in my pocket... Jus kiddin... I am going to UCF to become th ebest in the world... just in case my dreams never come true... Well everyone thanks for listening(reading) and have fun...
My cell phone use is mainly for my videography business and the Medical company that I manage. I travel heavily, so I use both a palm and a phone almost equally. Seems like the most sensable thing to combine the both, right?...
I'm 21, gonna be 22 in 6 days but I figured I'd vote 18-21 and draw the line there since that's a whole new age bracket. I currently live in Denver, CO and attend CU-Denver. I'm also a salesman at Circuit City, which I will admit is the only way I could afford this phone. If any of you out there are technology geeks you might consider getting a job there, if only part time. I've noticed someone who works at Comp USA on this list said they can get the phone for around $350, I got it on employee discount for $260. Unfortunately I cannot hook anyone up with a phone, so please do not ask. The store is extremely adamant about allowing us to buy 2 phones per year, and between the Sanyo 5150 I bought in Feb, (extremely excellent phone, btw) and this one, I'm already capped for the year. But I wound up taking the jump into the i300 because I need the organization in my life. I may be 21 but I'm living on my own, paying all my own bills, going to school and working full time which rarely allows me time to breathe, let alone do something I actually want to like snowboard or head up a mountain on my bike. Just figured I'd throw in my own two cents.
