I have just purchased a xv 6700 but I do not have verizon's data plan. I would like to surf the web occasionaly on my phone but I don't feel I need to pay extra for the data plan. So I can have verizon do a data block on my account. Do they charge for the block?

And also, my main question is... When I have this data block on, does this disable any picture messaging? I have the unlimited flix & pix plan and I don't want to lose that. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Yes you can do a data block through tech support. And no you can not sent or receive picture and flix web.

Thank you. So if I turn the wireless off and keep it off on my phone.... I wont be using any "data" correct? I can keep my unlimited pix and flix without being charged any "data" correct?
