The reason I am posing this question is that I hope someone out there holds the key. I am frustrated....I have one standard silver, one red, and one Dolce gold H700. I get different results from all three. The silver is the best, the red has reduced volume and the Dolce has real low volume issues both on my side and caller side.

I know there has to be a flash out there for it and have been digging around for quite some time trying to find one. So I thought I would turn to our knowledgeable members here and see if anyone knew how and where to get the SW?
