Have you tried doing a hard reset first? If that does not work afraid you have to call VZW again and have them ship you another unit. Always activate the phone first before ANY upgrades or before installing third-party software. __________________
Funny it worked.....the last time!!Now I am not sure what was working before they put a hole in my head!!!!
