So basically, you want a way to hack into the sprint system and steal her pass code without her or sprint knowing?

haha...this one is fun. So, your wife is keeping secrets and perhaps has some confidential voicemail that you want to access undercover. Nice!

Here's what you can do...while your wife is sleeping (perhaps aided with some alcohol), grab her phone and go to her voicemail settings, where she hopefully has the passcode stored. Be sure to where gloves and wipe off the prints just as a precautionary measure!!

If she doesn't store the password, try going into her phone's call history. Perhaps the passcode will be stored there. Don't forget to wipe the prints!!

You could set up a series of high-gain transducer microphones around your home and record the tones as she dials her voicemail. Then it's just a matter of matching the tones to the numbers. It's that simple.

No, wait.. a laser mic aimed directly at the phone would pick it up better.

Or install a key-stroke recording program on the phone and review the log!
