I have used LogMeIn.com for some time for logging into control systems PC's so as to maintain or fix problems. A customer of mine wants to login to this control PC remotely on his new pda he had purchased. We have no luck with the PDA (HTC Touch Diamond with Microsoft 6.1 mobile). We can get as far as the login code to connect to the PC but then PDA comes up with IP address Mismatch and it seems to lock up the phone. Logmein in My control Panel shows that PC in session. Any help would be great. All Ive read is that some PDAs will not work with this interface. The Interface uses HTTP protocol so as long as your port 80 is open this should work

You might have a look at the LogMeIn forums. It appears that they have computability issues with several versions of the Touch.
