I want to thank you all for your absolute NON-HELP. LOL

Why even have this forum? By the look of it, most people do not get responses? I have waited 10 days (your info message says to be patient because you are all "volunteers" and it may take a COUPLE of days.) You guys require us to register, then answer a LARGE amount of questions that requires a lot of thought and a HUGE amount of time. *I* did it because I was so thankful you were here to help. I believe I even thanked you for being here and having this forum. BUT - you have ***NO INTENTION*** of responding unless a rare post catches your interest.

Perhaps you all feel posts aren't worthy of YOUR time unless there is a certain level of knowledge to start with? If so, let us little neophytes know up front before we waste OUR time.

Please don't advertise what you can't or won't deliver. It makes you look bad and wastes our time. (From one who needs the phone because her REAL volunteer work - saving lives - is overwhelming her current phone and set up.)

Just don't advert yourselves to help if you don't intend to, please.

I followed the rules, answered the questions and posted the query on 07-18. Now 08/30 and absolutely nothing in reply. Why did I bother?

I'll speak for the mods......sorry you didn't get a reply. This is a volunteer joint, and the mods/power users try to get to everyone. This summer has been busy with new releases, info, etc... But, those are just excuses. I'll look for both your posts and see if I can give any help.
