Is there a pdaPhone with 802.11 & VGA display

H E L P , I need a GUIDE with a local knowledge in this JUNGLE!!! [b][size=1][font=arial][color=teal][color=teal]

I have looked and looked and looked....., for weeks, now ....and still not feeling like I have found the right PDA/Phone.
If the HPs iPAQ HX4705 or DELL Axim X50v had a phone, I would stop looking and just BOUGHT IT, especially if they also had a build in camera.

Isn't there anything like that out there?

What I am looking for is a PDA/Phone equipped with:
- 3.5" display min. 240x320 (preferable VGA 480x600) - for browsing the web and running flash demos and presentations
- WLAN 802.11b - for VoIP
- camera & voice recorder

Primarily, I'd like to use it as a mobile phone, but viewing my mails, browsing the internet and using the VoIP is also valuable to me. Finally, I'd like to use it co capture short notes, pictures and voice memos when working.

What's the most suitable/versatile pdaPhone at the marked, now?
THANKS

The closest thing to what you are looking for is the XDA III (or also the i-mate PDA2k) which has a 3.5" 240x320 screen. There are no VGA PDAphones as of yet. It is a GSM world phone (quad-band) and the i-mate is unlocked for use on any network. I have used the VoIP Avaya phone on our work network. The camera is OK, but not great.

Check it out at www.imate.com for more information.
