Verizon Phone - Email, TXT Msgs, Comfort
My wife is shopping for a new cellphone and it's hard to get her to read reviews and such. She just recently got a Glyde (against my advice), and now she HATES it and will be returning it shortly.
She's coming off an LG 9800 which she liked apart from it's bulk.
The most important features for her (in order) are:
Look, feel, comfort - she wants something that isn't too big, that looks nice, and is comfortable to talk on (good call quality too)
TXT - She wants a full keyboard. I thought a Pearl would be perfect, but she hated the condensed KB
EMAIL - Access to her work Email (IMAP) which she now access via VZW Sync service ($20/month way too much!)
*Web - she figures accessing the web would be an added bonus
Right now I have her narrowed down to:
ENV2 - Everything I hear about it is good, but I think she wants something with more features.
Voyager - Expensive and BIG are the main negatives here
Curve - I said she should just get a BB since she is already paying $20/month for her email - why not $30 for full internet access. My only fear is that it will be too complicated for her.
I thought the Glyde would be perfect, but the main problem that all the reviews pointed out (the touch screen sucking) is the reason she hates it.
Thanks for any advice on choosing a device for her. I use a i760 with WM proficiently so I can help her figure out any device I'm pretty certain.
