Yesterday I signed up for a wireless internet connection at the Verizon Store located at Madison Ave. and 43rd Street. There were many issues related to the initial activation and the only salesperson willing to help me was Mr. Mario Charles.

He invested 30 minutes of his time solving a problem that two other sales reps ignored. What is important to say is that Mr. Charles was not even the sales rep who sold me the device/service!!!!

I just hope that Verizon recognizes what an outstanding performer that Mr. Charles actually is.
