<img src="images/news-eagle.gif" align="right">For those outside the US, this weekend isn't anything special. For those in the US, the July 4th holiday is very special. This is the day of our independence. Given the events that have followed the World Trade Center disaster, the country has been reminded of how precious a thing freedom is. I know that not everyone around the world has a high opinion of the United States, and for that I'm sorry. If you haven't been here, give it a try... we aren't what you see in the movies.

For everyone that's celebrating July 4th, have a great weekend and spend some time enjoying the day with your family and friends. Remember what a great nation we have, and how fortunate we are to have what God has given us. My wife has been out of town for the week with my two older daughters at basketball camp, so me and the younger two have been holding down the fort while I try to get some work done in there somewhere. The weather here is supposed to be awesome, so we'll be in the pool most likely!
