Thumbs up Interesting review by AP newswire

Here is a positive review of the new Audivox Smartphone. I thought it very interesting that he gave it a high ranking amoung all of the phones available, not just smartphones.

That's an interesting article, for a non-PPC PDA phone user, like me. In particular, I didn't know about the following, until I read it in the article.

One puzzling shortcoming for a Windows-based product was that you couldn't view e-mail attachments, as you would on a handheld computer, even if they were created in a Microsoft program such as Word or Excel. Microsoft says its working on that, but there's no expected date of arrival.

Windows based smartphones like the ppc 6601 can't read attachments? Is this correct? but The Treo 600/650 can?

the 6601 can, the i600 can't- the ones running full PPC phone edition versus the ones running smartphone version. I've opened attachments on my 6601 already
