I have recently purchased Garmin mobile XT for my Eten X800.The software comes on a 512 mb (322mb actual) micro sd card and auto instals perfectly on the phone with the card supplied but I would like transfer the data to a bigger (8gb sdhc) card, so I don't have to keep changing cards(major pain).I have tried copying and pasting the data from the small card to the higher capacity card but it does not work and unfortunately that exhausts my technical know-how(lol).......any ideas would be gratefully appreciated............cheers ednistic

All you should have to do is use a card reader to copy the data off the small card onto your computer. Then copy it from the computer to the bigger card. You'll need to make sure to keep the directory structure intact. If that's what you're already doing, then I'm not sure what would be going wrong.
