Hi, im in the US , and i have an account with Cingular. I purchased a new mpx220 pda by motorola unlocked on cell4less on line, and when i had the new sim card installed at the cingular store, the phone message came up download incomplete. I have tried charging the phone, but im not sure if i have to install software or what process i should go thru to get the phone to work. Does anyone know what the problem might be. Do i have defective phone? Should the phone be ready to use, or is there an upload process?
