They seem to be the same? whats better? i have Resco Explorer (Demo version) i get 14 days to try it out.. seems great..

Hows SPB pocket Plus????

2 completely different programs. Explorer lets you view and edit everything including registry.
Pocket Plus is a much heavier weighted (memory wise) application that is more of a today screen plug in.
Resco has a simple today screen plug in, but that is not it's main purpose. Buy explorer, test SPB first.
Resco Explorer is a program that no one should be without.
