How do you do call forwarding?

I humbly apologize in advance.. But I did search thru and thru for any answers here and elsewhere to no avail.

How does one forward calls on the ppc-6700?

I've been "treofied" with the simplier ways of doing things ..

Thanks in advance.

Moderator have mercy upon me if the answer is somewhere else.

Send a message via AIM to naldecon

Just dial *72 then the 10-digit number you are forwarding to.
(ie *721112223333)

To cancel the call forwarding, dial *720

Note: It does cost to use the call forwarding feature.

At .20 a minute, is it any wonder that Sprint doesn't offer any plans that include forwarding. I'd use it a lot if I didn't have to get a mortgage every time.

Thanks

Thanks...

On the Treo..there was an option under "Phone Options" to select from a drop down of pre-entered phone numbers..was handy if you were wanting to switch to an office phone or home phone if your cellular coverage was bad..

Guess I can setup Speed dial's for this ...

Yet another nice usability item bites the dust in WM5.0 if only we could get the human factor engineers of Palm to go work for Microsoft....then we'd be back in business...

You don't need to kill, just move to Verizon (or would that kill you? ), and as long as the phones are both on Verizon plan(s) only the one taking the call is charged.

I'm on Sprint myself, but I've setup four accounts for my employer that work that way, actually forwarding calls from a personal number to a work number, both of which are on the Verizon network.

I'd go if Verizon didn't rape you on data, I'm way too attached to my $15 power vision.
