Tentative Planned Availability: 3rd Quarter 2006

Carrier availability is subject to testing and approval. This phone has not been released yet. All specifications and features are preliminary and subject to change.

I know squat about Blackberry other than it‘s all the rage, but I do know about clamshells, the most important thing in the world...

It uses 'blackberry connect' which offers much of the functionality of a real blackberry but is missing some of the security features. (for a better idea what check blackberryforums.com I am not a blackberry expert)

Personally I dont think that blackberry capable flip phones are much of a step forward. The traditional blackberry form factor is a better design for a messaging centric unit. (IMHO or course)

That keyboard is worse than the other combined key models. At least someone is trying to keep the clamshell pda phones alive though.
