Cdma ...

Hi everybody,

I wanted to buy a phone which uses CDMA network, but I wanna use it in France too...and as of today I didn't see any carrier offering this network in France ..!!??

I really don't like the GSM phones that I saw on internet, i'm in love with an LG phone which is CDMA only !!

I heard that french operators will come to this standard soon ...!!??
Is it true ?

And if I buy this phone, will it be the same CDMA frequencies ?

Please help me....

Thanks everybody.

Guillaume.

I have my doubts about Europe going into CDMA.....that said its news to me that France will go to CDMA!!!...I would not wait on that to happen ANY time soon.....There are quite a few cool GSM phones..check out the T-Mobile web site..lot of them are compatible with EU frequencies as T-Mo is owned by Deutsch Communications....you HAVE to buy an unlocked phone to get the SIM cards to work..!!!!
