Verizon Wireless service
I just talked with a Verizon Wireless customer service supervisor who tried to tell me that I could no longer use my Kyocera data phone on their voice plan because they could not guarentee the data performance and there might be billing problems and that I needed to go onto an additional data plan for $45/mo. When he thought that it might even save me money by seperating the two I asked him to analyze my bills for the past few months and show me where it would save money and I might do it. I also told him that I had never (in 1.5 yrs of using the data phone) been told that I have to go onto a special data service. He desided to leave my plan alone or I would open up a can or BIG worms. Has anyone else ever been told this?
