Has anyone heard of the HTC Leo? Some of the boards are abuzz about this up-and-coming Windows Mobile 6.5 SmartPhone. One site even speculates that the phone might be branded "Touch Pro 3". It's wider and slightly taller than the TP2, but much thinner--apparently due to it not having a slide out keyboard.
I'm up for my New Every Two with Verizon and was about to commit to the TP2 when I started seeing references to the Leo. Sigh. Always something better right around the corner, it seems--although it may be months until this phone is available, especially from Verizon.
if you are looking to get the TP2 jump on it. as you said theres always something new around the corner. the TP2 is here now and can be had for some good prices.... no keyboard is not what i want for my main phone.
now the htc hero i plan to get... its a decent phone also...
Thanks. I don't want to use my Verizon "New Every Two" prematurely.
Odd and unrelated: I posted this message in the "HTC Touch Pro 2" forum but it ended up in the "General Discussion" forum. I wonder if a moderator moved it here?
I've always wanted to start one of these threads... Ironic that the TP2 has barely hit the pavement, It's not even a week old on VZW and Marctronix has yet to make a phone call on his early adopter device! Here's a story for its successor to the TP2 And you thought your HTC Touch Pro2 was big... | Crave - CNET
LET THE RUMORS FLY!

No thanks, the TP2 is big enough already, I don't want anything bigger...

Need help setting up your i730/i830 or other WM2003/WM5 Phone, as well as the other hacks I have done, check out the MRailing Guides and Links
it CANT be a TP3 because it has no hardware keyboard! old school users need a keyboard. and the TP2 is not big....atleast not to me... i need a big screen a la' 660x, Hitachi G....
Actually there was another review out today, and a bluetooth profile was labeled as HD2, so I would assume from that that the Leo will be the HTC Touch HD2, seems like an upgrade from the HD in everyway possible.
I was torn between the TP2 and the Leo, but eventually decided on the TP2, and now that I see MRailing on here with it I am very confident in my purchase. I had the Sammy i700, i730, and i760 and have found his help with the phones invaluable.
