If you don't find it elsewhere by Friday, drop me a PM. I used to have it, but I am traveling this week, and it is not on my current laptop. I might have it on a backup DVD somewhere though and will look around when I get home.
Should be able to find it online somewhere though. It was widely posted a few years ago.
