I was inquiring about the GPS capability of this phone since I was planning on taking it to Europe and it is a "Global" phone. I guess the GPS is disabled unless you subscribe to VZ Navigator. However, the service is not available outside the US. I asked if they were planning of enabling the GPS in this phone. The tech person suggest that I use the contact us form on Verizon web site and request it. I did and hope others will do so. The more who request it the better chance of it happening.

Google it. There are rumors but I'm not holding my breath that VZW will unlock it.
