hi!

i spent half a day with google and other search engines trying to find an answer to the following questions:

Which was the first PDA-Phone?

and

How did their developement progressed from the first device till today?

To put in in one sentence, i need a brief summary of the history of PDA-Phones.
I failed at finding the answers myself.
Wikipedia and other sites are helpful when searching the history of mobile phones, pdas and smartphones... but provide only sparse information concerning PDA-Phones...

I hope some people here can help me with this search for knowledge...
