I am looking to buy a new pda. I like sending and receiving picture messages but I have read somewhere that verizon will count that as data or whatever and not on my unlimited txt pix plan. I can't really afford a data package now and if I get a data block will this disable pix messaging?

Well, you can always just enable the Wi-Fi and go to a Starbucks or your local library and connect there. The best bet I would say is to download Yahoo Go!. It has FLCKR and you can upload your photos there and then send them to freinds there.

You can also get on the "pay-as-you-go" plan that verizon has. I don't get many images sent to me...so, I can't really speak to the charges.
