Sprint Offers 'Unlimited Everything' for $99

Just thought I would let yall know...

Today Sprint unveiled its own version of the $99 unlimited plan. Unlike the plans announced last week by other wireless carriers, Sprint's plan includes unlimited voice, data, SMS messages, email, Web, Sprint TV, Sprint Music, GPS navigation, DirectConnect and Group Connect. The plan is called Simply Everything, and is available to both CDMA and iDEN customers. Customers will be able to switch to the new plan without extending their current contracts. Sprint will also offer an unlimited everything plan for family lines as well for an incremental $5 discount for each additional line. Interested customers can contact customer service or their closest participating retail location. Simply Everything will be available to existing and new customers beginning today, February 29.

I got this infor from phonescoop and it is indeed on their website

well sort of. i just switched over from sprint to verizon cause the network sucks in my area. I was plan on joining this forum sometime after i got used to my i760.

verizon wants to charge something like an extra 60$ for the data plan, which is bull**** compared to sprints new plan

Yeah, but they're STILL not including PAM tethering in the so-called "everything" package. Makes it a deal-breaker for me. I don't like hacks and workarounds and want to stay tether-legal but I just don't understand why US cell carriers insist on keeping modem tethering such a friggin' cash cow instead of throwing it in with the rest of the data services.

Ether that or i'd have to shell out for another line of service at dataplan $60/mo prices to run a data card. That sucks worse.

Sprint "Simply Everything" Plan

Is anyone using it? Opinions? Seems to include everything, what about tethered access?

a domestic unlimited pricing plan that gives customers unlimited voice, data, text, e-mail, Web-surfing, Sprint TV, Sprint Music, GPS Navigation, Direct Connect and Group Connect for $99.99 a month.

Isn't Direct Connect what they call tethering?
